Context

Towards the end of 2022 it was felt that young workforce joining the organization and working across different geographies needed to be upskilled in ITIL 4 to ensure that they were upto-date on the latest trends and practices due to upgradation of the IT service Management approach from a “Process Driven” approach to a “Value Stream” based approach. The need was to train and certify upwards of 2000 IT professionals in the period Early Jan 2023 to March 2024.
